Shipping policy
All Lil Moo Studio orders are handmade with love and ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS within the United States only. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. International shipping is not currently available, but coming soon!
Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Lil Moo Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by USPS once your package is in transit.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lil Moo Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order please contact us immediately at lilmoostudio@outlook.com.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
