Refund policy

At Lil Moo Studio, every piece is handmade with love and care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lilmoostudio@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Lil Moo Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number. If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order may already be in production, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Chargebacks: We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are a small shop and will always work with you to resolve any issues fairly.
